Getting Transported with the Intel AppUp Experience

Over the course of two days of talking to app lovers and the app curious at the Intel AppUp Experience in San Francisco, we’ve heard dozens of ways people are using apps – from school to work to carving out quality family time. To sum it up, people are using apps to make their lives easier.

We spoke with one AppUp Experience attendee who’s using apps to manage the usual transportation snarls. In a big city like San Francisco, knowing when the next bus is coming is imperative, but even if you’re not running to catch the last express, mobile apps can help make your daily commute or a yearly road commute easier.
