Intel CES 2012 Spotlight: Snowboarder Tim Humphreys
This afternoon at CES 2012, professional snowboarder Tim Humphreys explained how he uses technology to Intel booth attendees.Tim uses a
GoPro HD camera and an Ultrabook to capture, edit and post his videos to his YouTube channel.
Tim said that using
Intel Quick Sync Video saves him a bunch of time. In a couple hours he can download videos from his camera, edit and transfer to YouTube.

About Marcia Hansen
As Editor of Inside Scoop, Marcia has responsibility for the content and conversations you find on Inside Scoop. She joined Intel in July 2010 as a social media marketing manager with the Digital Marketing group and manages consumer and corporate social media projects.
Prior to working at Intel, Marcia was at Allstate Insurance where she pioneered their use of social media, including hosting a weekly Internet radio show featuring car and driving tips for women. She is an active participant in the social media space and at face-to-face events where she speaks and leads workshops on social media topics.
Marcia holds an M.A. from the University of Missouri where she completed a thesis on digital literacies and her research interests spanned network rhetorics, new media/digital composition, and how teachers and students can use social technologies for learning. She's passionate about how people use new technologies to communicate and share parts of their identities online, as well as how companies use social technologies to communicate with consumers.
Previously, Marcia worked for Southern Methodist University, Verizon.com, and was once one of five interns to design and develop GTE's first integrated HR Intranet.
