Remembering Genius: Steve Jobs, 1955-2011

Steve JobsI never knew Steve Jobs personally, but he was one of those people I would have chosen when asked, “If you could invite anybody on the planet, who would you invite to dinner?” I’m sure I would have enjoyed his brilliant thoughts on life and death, and how we design the part between the two.

Please see this quote from Intel President and CEO, Paul S. Otellini:

True genius is measured by the ability to touch every person on the planet. Steve did that, not just once, but many, many times over his amazing life. We at Intel were privileged to have known him and worked with him as he brought his creations to life. Our hearts go out to his family and to his many friends and co-creators throughout the world.

Yes. My heartfelt thoughts go out to those touched by his life and mourning his loss.

Thank you for this posting. I’m dissappointed that there isn’t mention of Steve on the main page as there is on Microsoft or Google but at least a few of us care.
